You don't need to be sure. Investigators would rather hear a small detail than miss it.

1. Choose the case, or pick "Not sure / general" if you're not sure which one.
2. Describe what you saw or heard: who, what, where, when. Write it in your own words.
3. Leave contact info only if you're willing to be contacted. It's optional.

In an emergency, call 911. If you want to speak with a detective directly, contact the investigating agency listed on the case page.
